Welcome to Honey in the Rock Spirits! Coming from a family of shiners, I wanted to start a business that used old family recipes in an innovative way. Starting this fall, we will be producing small batch, artisan-crafted moonshine. This blog will walk y'all through our whole process from starting a new business to manufacturing to distributing.
